Project for an Events Company in Plymouth
Our client was acting on behalf of a recently promoted football club who required additional toilet facilities at their stadium facility in Plymouth. The brief was to provide toilets of high enough specification to suit customers attending the newly built Members Club on the site. The toilets had to be suitable for men, women and disabled users and obviously conform to all UK planning and electrical regulations.
20ft Custom Build Toilet Blocks
After assessing the potential numbers of users, we recommended a total of four 20ft x 8ft custom built toilet blocks. The units would be lined and insulated, installed with non-slip Polyfloor, have sinks and water heaters, toilets, urinals and full DDA (disabled usage) compliance. To provide a larger space, two of the four units were linked to provide male toilets with the remaining two units being separate but located next to each other to create female and disabled toilets.
The install was carried out in a very tight space and within one day all of the site works to be completed by 3J Services was complete and signed off by the customer.
