New 10ft refrigerated containers, like all other sized containers, are temperature controlled and therefore used to keep stored items at an ambient temperature, be that freezing or chilled. New 10 foot refrigerated containers, or ‘reefers’ as they are known in the trade, are predominantly used for the transportation of, or static storage of, food goods. However, we have seen them used for a wide variety of applications. We have used 40ft refrigerated containers available as well as other sizes, see below.
