The majority of the used 21ft steel portable office cabin units are brought in as ex-hire equipment from different fleets so the specifications can vary. Usually, 21ft x 9ft portable office cabins have seen previous days on construction sites or similar and therefore are a corrugated or flat panel steel anti-vandal design for security. This style of unit will normally have one or two sliding container windows with anti-vandal shutters and one steel security personnel door. The windows and doors are designed to keep the unit secure by featuring multiple point locking systems, shoot bolts and anti-jemmy studs.

More commonly you will find that the 9ft wide cabins are open plan and we can tailor them to suit you and your site. Elements such as partition walls, canteen facilities, further electrics, showers and toilets can be added to allow the large space to be used more efficiently.

All of our used accommodation units tend to be fitted with lining and insulation, electrics including lighting, power sockets and heating, and vinyl flooring. We can repaint the unit to match the location surroundings or your company colours. The paint we use is marine grade container paint so not only does it give the unit a fresh and clean appearance, it also treats the steal and provides protection from the elements.

These 21ft x 9ft cabins are designed to be portable and flexible; They include a plug and play electrical system that simply needs to be plugged in and tested by your electrician on arrival at site.
